Kate Foss and Jen Russell bring over 25 years of Real Estate experience to their clients throughout New Hampshire and Maine.

Kate and Jen are both natives of the Seacoast, NH, area. Before joining the real estate field, Kate worked in sales and advertising at her family's business, Foss Motors, in Exeter, NH. Jennifer brings 24 years of New Construction experience to the team. With a parent who is a builder, Jen had first-hand experience working directly with contractors and subs, scheduling and managing projects - from the blueprint stage to the final selections. Their professional and personable working styles and confidence in their ability to represent your best interest through the Real Estate transaction are apparent when you first meet.
