Jennifer Sandmeyer

Jennifer is an Oregonian native and attended the University of Puget Sound. She packed up her bags and moved to Seattle after graduation and loves calling Washington her home. Working and creating relationships with people has always been her passion. She spent 10 years working in advertising sales at King 5 television and later went on to create her own online marketing company. Jennifer’s love for the Magnolia community also led her to become the marketing director for the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce for several years. She shares her Magnolia home with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Megan, and Joey. In their downtime, you can find them cheering on the Washington Huskies and the Seahawks. Besides real estate, her other passion is photography, and you can often find her with a camera in her hand trying to convince a little kid to smile.

Becoming a realtor has always been one of Jennifer’s dreams. Her love for real estate started at a very early age when she begged her parents to take drives on the weekends to tour open houses. The real estate obsession grew when she was 11 years old, and they sold their family home. Jennifer wanted to be involved in all aspects of the process from finding their new family home to writing the offer. Even at a young age, she remembers the emotions that came with purchasing a new home. For many people, this is one of the biggest decisions they will make both financially and personally. When she represents her clients, she offers her expertise, integrity, moral support, and passion. Jennifer will be there for you throughout the entire process and after the transaction has ended.
