Jennifer has been a licensed, active, full time real estate agent in Arizona since 2006.

When the market collapsed a year later everyone witnessed the rise of foreclosures and short sales and watched a glut of houses sit empty for months and months. Transactions changed dramatically. It was a tough time, BUT never a better time to learn the business!

Real estate is always dynamic and thankfully our local market has turned around. Jennifer sees it strengthening and stabilizing more every day. Now she takes the education I received during those exceedingly difficult years and uses it to the benefit of her clients.

Knowing how to negotiate, keeping all parties engaged, marketing effectively, pricing appropriately, offering strategically, and staying up to date on local housing trends are a few of the qualities Jennifer has to offer.
