I cannot find words that would adequately describe the services Jennifer Sheldon provided to our family.

I believe the first contact was approximately an entire YEAR before we actually went to market on a Northglenn property.

To say Ours was NOT a typical home sale, would be only the tip of a Large and quite complicated iceberg. Assisted living arrangements, car crashes, family members who didn't always agree, estate sales, collections of items that required appraisals, movers, cleaners, and painters, OH MY!!

It was alot!! Especially for those of us named by the Cousins to shoulder the responsibly to ensure all was conducted as per their instructions, it was akin to learning to swim by being tossed in the deep end! It was not, and still isn't easy!
The house and assets had been placed in trust, with both named trustees living far from Northglenn.
Jennifer took everything in stride and did exactly what she said she would do. She always kept us up to date on where we were in the process, and at times shared (again) her knowledge and experience.

My elderly cousin made contact with Jennifer in the fall of 2020, initially. She had moved her beloved husband into assisted living over the summer and was herself, suffering a host of medical issues including, but not limited to: cancer, dementia and eventually the covid.

At one point Jennifer became so concerned about our family member, she called for a health and welfare check, knowing that could potentially cost her the contract. Most people don't take kindly to "outsiders" poking their nose in family business. We saw a professional who still cared personally about her clients.

Jennifer shared her knowledge, contacts, time and effort, above and beyond what many people, in any profession would do. It was obvious people matter to her, yes it's her job, it's how she feeds her family, but she has ethics and morals too.
She did everything with a Smile on her face, willing and ready to roll up her sleeves, time and time again.
It was completely evident she wasn't just in it for the money.

I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Jennifer to anyone in need of a realtor.
Choosing Jennifer is choosing the very best !!

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our first home. She was always available, and very knowledgeable about the market and process. Even after the closing of our home, she has continued to extend her services as well as lend a helping hand whenever we have questions about anything. She will get the job done and find you the perfect house, not to mention she’s just a really lovely person to be around and work with. Where do I begin. I transferred from Louisville KY to Denver CO and I had no idea where to start. My realtor in KY got me in touch with Jennifer Sheldon from Remax. I'm retired military with serious anxiety issues and Jennifer made my family and I extremely comfortable. Jennifer was available every time we needed advice or wanted to view homes. It didn't matter what time of the day or night, Jennifer made it her number 1 priority to assistance us in every way of trying to find our new home. Jennifer is very educated when it comes to selling and purchasing homes. She made sure she conducted her homework with every house we were interested in to make sure we understood whether or not a home was in good condition or needed some much needed attention. Jennifer is AWESOME, highly intelligent in what she do, informative, and down to earth. I would recommend Jennifer to ANYONE because she's going to make sure she provides you with 100 percent customer service. My family felt like we were a part of Jennifer's family. That's how comfortable she made us feel. But most importantly, us not really knowing the realtor business, Jennifer made sure we didn't make any negative decisions. Without Jennifer, I don't know what kind of home my family and I would've ended up purchasing. She's truly an amazing person as well as the BEST realtor in COLORADO!

My family is going through a difficult time, and it was a heartbreak to sell our mothers house. I will never regret finding and hiring Jennifer. We had some issues that needed to be handled, outside the sale of the home, along the way. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us navigate them. She was always very responsive when we needed help, and always came through with great ideas, and answers. She was very patient when we had questions, and answered them promptly. She guided us seamlessly through our concerns.
End of the day, selling my Mom's house was a rocky ride, however, I couldn't be more grateful that Jennifer was my "ride or die" companion to get it done in such a great way.

Jennifer and I have worked together for two home purchases over the last ten years. I know that I can trust her for sage advice when it comes to getting into the right area for my specific needs. She listens to my wish list and tailors my search just for that. Most recently my family and I needed to move from our last home to a more modern area with better walking paths and had a better community feel to it. Some of the things on our wish list were a large kitchen, master on the main level, a basement we could finish and a two car garage. It took us about two weeks of searching to find the right area and home. After making only two offers we were successful and currently we are moving into our home. Additionally, she recommended that we purchase the warranty for the home which came in quite handy as the hot water heater had some issues and needed to be replaced after closing. For our next home purchase we will be definitely contacting Jennifer for our agent.

We have known Jennifer Sheldon in a professional atmosphere for approximately 13 years now. In that time we have seen the Real Estate market go to both extremes, and we have seen Jennifer change and adapt to meet those extremes to best serve her clients. When we were trying to decide what to do with our home 3.5 years ago, we called on her for advise. We did not sell at that time due to many reasons. Again when we were debating on selling this time, we finally decided to sell. We did our due diligence and contacted 3 agents to interview to list with. Jennifer stood out again and advised us what method of marketing would most likely work in our situation. We took her advise and listed our home with her. She put it in the MLS and other avenues on a Thursday evening, had 90 plus showing appointments and 19 bonifide offers by noon on Sunday. Her strategy on our home was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my bride was comfortable thru every aspect of this process while letting her dream home go. We recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a Realtor. We began our relationship with her as professional but now we are very happy to call her our friend as well.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer when we bought our first home 5 years ago, to selling it and buying our second home this year. If you want someone who is professional, keeps you informed every step of the way, and someone who has your best interest at heart, then I highly suggest reaching out to Jennifer. I mean, someone who works hard, all hours of the day, through the night, to hit deadlines you need shows how dedicated she is to helping her clients.

The process we went through to sell and purchase our recent home was a crazy process in this crazy Colorado market, but not once did she step back from any of the chaos! She took it head on and made sure everything that needed to get done did, in fact, get done.

We were not just her clients. We were treated as her friends. She looked out for us in all aspects of buying and selling and helped us with all the decisions that came with it, keeping our best interest in mind.
