What an AWESOME experience. I purchased my first home with Jen and I am elated! Her professionalism and patience was beyond expectations. From the beginning of the process she explained that I would get the house that was just perfect for me and she was right on target. I was warned about the home buying process and was nervous about every detail, however I was able to relax and await the perfect home for my family. After my own setbacks (multiple times), she reminded me of my goal of being a home owner and that it was achievable. She worked with me for over 6 months consistently, until I reached my goal.
One week prior to my birthday, I said to her "Jen, I want my house before my birthday." She took me to see a place in my desired area and when we walked in, I said "This is it, this is my home" and she agreed. On my birthday, I signed the contract and had my keys in hand weeks later.
She also made sure I understood everything from the home inspection and appraisal to the closing. I am so thankful for her persistence and knowledge.
I am officially a home owner!!! Thanks Jen.

I decided to sell my home, because it was a good time to do so. I chose Jennifer Simmons to help me, because I trust her and she has helped me in the past. Things I like best working with Jennifer is her professionalism, she is very knowledgeable, she has many resources and an extensive network of professionals for what ever help or service you might need. Jennifer is very responsive, and hasn’t missed a deadline yet!

There is nothing that could have been done better, in my opinion; she does quality work!
