We recently sold a house with Jennifer and had an outstanding experience throughout the process. It started off with a massive water leak and headache that ended with an accepted offer above the listing price with a week of listing the house. She walked into a challenging situation and helped turn it around for us into a successful outcome. We highly recommend Jennifer and are in fact working with her again.

Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the market and the area, and we really appreciated her professionalism and geniality. We followed her pricing advice and within a week had three offers all above the listing price. She really listens to our priorities and takes into account

Regarding the headache part, Jennifer help us with the leak on the spot the very first time we met with her. It was New Year's Eve - Jennifer called a plumber who came on-site very quickly and helped us resolve everything. We have since discovered that she has a very deep network of skilled and reliable people and companies to help in all issues with repairing and prepping a house for sale.

We feel very fortunate to have found her and again very highly recommend her.

Jennifer is an incredible Realtor! She helped my husband and I find our first home. When we were going to viewings, Jennifer helped us understand the important factors to look for, and even referred us to many of her contacts that would be able to help with fix-ups. Her local knowledge and expertise helped us understand things we would never have known about. During the house-buying process, Jennifer was always a phone-call away and answered all of our questions in exquisite detail. She also went above and beyond, recommending an attorney for the closing, recommending a locksmith, plumber, etc. We felt very secure working with Jennifer and would chose to work with her all over again.

I just want to say that Jennifer was incredibly patient with us and our separate needs ( as I'm sure every couple has). She proved herself very adroit at learning a bit more from each house that we viewed and very capable once a choice was made and it was time to place our offer. AS I final bonus, she wrote us a beautiful letter upon our closing and provided us with our first welcome home goody basket. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home and give her a complete 5 stars.

Realestate agent, Jennifer Stevenson, from Houlihan Lawrence is the best!

She is polite, courteous, friendly, and patient.

It didn't take long for her to find me a house. I think it took about 2 months. After about 2 or 3 home visits, she can figure out want kind of home you want.

She goes beyond the scope of duty. After getting the home of my desire; she had recommendations of contractors for me.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a home, to look for Jennifer Stevenson first.
