We moved from out of state and Jen made it so accessible to see houses. She FaceTimed us and gave honest, detail oriented observations. Always had great advice. Even though her client list must be huge, she managed to make us feel like we were her only clients. Even now she still helps us with her many connections including flooring, pool, vent cleaning people etc. The woman is a dynamo! I am forever thankful and will recommend her to EVERYONE

We met Jen through my mom and her husband they also bought a home in Spring Hill, Florida. They had a great experience with Jen and suggested we work with her. Jen helped us for four months to find the perfect home that we could enjoy in Florida. Jen was very easy to work with and made our experience buying a home awesome. We found our home and Jen helped us through the buying process every step of the way right through to the closing process. Jen was very Knowledgeable about the area as she has lived in the florida area for years. We had a great experience and would very highly recommend her to anyone. Jen is the best at what she does. You can count on her to listen and support you every step of the way. She was so patience with the house searching process and after looking at 100s of homes and models, we decided to build our new home. She was always such a pleasure to speak to and always returns all our calls. She was not afraid to fight for us and ask the right questions when it came to our builders. Even after the closing, she continues to check on us to make sure we are nothing less than happy in our new home.

Jen was absolutely amazing. I knew she was for us from the first phone call. She has a raving fan forever. In this crazy market she never stopped working her butt off. I remember the very first house we looked at and us being new we didn’t bring drinks or snacks for are little one. We had 5 houses to look at that day. She was prepared. I remember bev saying dad I really like her she brought us snacks lol. It took us about a month to find our home and a lot of houses to look at in that time frame . 10 offers I believe . Jen never complained she worked with our busy schedule. She fought so hard for us every step of the way. We finally found our home and we couldn’t be happier . At one point she even offered her kid as part of the deal lol. At the end of the day this husband finally got his wife her first home and for the smile put on my wife’s face and tears of joy I’m forever in debt to you Jen . I just want to thank you and tell the world how amazing you are.

This past Spring, my brother and I were faced with the very difficult dual responsiblity of helping my father through a big health crisis which led to the decision to sell and move closer to one of us. Jennifer was a God send. She was punctual, professional and communicative, but more than that, she truly cared about the outcome for our family, even checking on my dad's health. The marketing was stellar - gorgeous photos, vidoe, virtual tour. Jennifer helped us manage the whole process while we were dealing with a thousand details. We were so lucky to have someone who cared about us as people, not just clients. She went way beyond even helping us donate a couch to a needy family. The finaly results were clear - way above asking price and a seamless closing! VERY highly recommend!! (And Dad is doing much better too.)

A process that is overwhelming to first time home buyers, was made simple and easy with Jen. She treats you like a very close friend the entire time and will fight for you, with almost family level of loyalty and persistence. When the seller of our new house started to play games with us, she didn’t hesitate to pull out the big guns and go to bat with us. When a surprise inspection came out of the blue, she payed it forward without blinking an eye. When we were going to sign our papers, she pulled us inside our new home and showed us Ana amazing gift box she got for us. I will recommend her to anyone who even hints at the idea of wanting to find somewhere to live, she truly is an amazing person who will do the beat she can do, just to take care of her client.
