Jennifer Winton's passion for serving others radiates throughout her professional and personal life. Competent, compassionate, and driven, her goal is to provide all of her client's with exemplary service. After graduating from Clemson University in 2014, she taught high school mathematics at Wade Hampton High School in Greenville County. Growing up Jennifer knew she always wanted to teach others. In 2016 she combined her passion for teaching with her love for real estate, decorating, and all things Greenville to become a REALTOR®. She enjoys educating all of her clients and helping them to make the best decision for their families.
In her first year of real estate, she averaged 101.3% of the listing price for her seller clients with an average of 4 days on the market. In her second quarter of real estate, she was recognized as a 2nd Quarter VIP as a result of closing at least $1 million in sales volume and at least 7 units in one quarter. She holds RE/MAX Executive Club honors, the Million Dollar Circle Award for the Homebuilders Association of Greenville, and the 2018 Simpsonville Chamber's Relocation & Real Estate Services Award.
Jennifer is highly involved in the Greenville community and enjoys volunteering at Habitat for Humanity. She is engaged in several community organizations including Opportunity Greenville, Pulse Young Professionals, Habitat Young Professionals, and the Simpsonville Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is involved in several professional organizations such as the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the Home Builder's Association, and the Upstate Sales and Marketing Council.
Jennifer lives in Simpsonville, SC with her husband and their labradoodle puppy, Maggie. She enjoys 9Round, biking on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, baking, and being outdoors!
