After years of helping a large organization grow, Jennifer transitioned to a more intentional, relationship-driven approach. Her background spans from new construction strategy with a national homebuilder to deep-rooted market expertise, all built on the belief that straightforward communication is the only way to do business.

The pull of the Lowcountry brought her home, where she now leads EVO Real Estate, based in the Wando area. Jennifer’s work is defined by a calm, steady presence and a practical understanding of how people move through major life transitions. She focuses on giving clients clear guidance, honest expectations, and a process that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

Outside of work, Jennifer spends her time with her two sons, enjoying the slower rhythms of the Lowcountry — the marsh, the water, and the sense of place that makes this area feel like home.
