We have been working with Jen the last couple years on and off trying to find a house that would work for our situation as well as understand what we would need to do to our current house in order to sell it. Jen has been absolutely wonderful; always responding promptly to questions no matter the day of week or time of day, checking in on us when she hasn't heard from us in a few days/weeks, providing knowledgeable insight on the market, etc.

She helped us write a number of offers on multiple houses, providing tips and suggestions to make our offers competitive while not pushing us to overpay or over-offer. She helped us successfully find a new home, and then helped us promptly put our current house on the market and helped us sell it in less than a week!

We cannot thank her enough for all the help she has provided and for sticking with us for so long until we found the perfect new home!

Jen was fantastic! She always made sure to plan showings around mine and my fiancés schedules. There was never any conflicts. Jen always responded and if she couldn’t, she would let us know in advance. She was patient, kind, and her expertise of the market was astounding. The realtor community is very large. Many misinformed think it is a career anyone can do. Being a successful realtor requires knowledge of the ever changing market, intuitiveness, great organizational skills, as well as a professional team of associates to guide a buyer through the process.
Jenn has all of that and more. Her work ethic requires her to be thorough and a quick communicator

We were on the fence when we decided to leave our old home. We contacted Jenn because of what we have heard through friends of friends. She was so understanding to our unique situation and handle our indecisiveness with grace. She never once pressured us or tried to convince us to go one way or another. My husband and I had great success with Jen in the search for our house. We bought back in 2017 after multiple realitors seamed to have stalled out or given up on us and basically told us to settle because the market was too tough. Jen had such a positive attitude and was patient with us. Her energy and determination led us to finding our home. Jen is the BEST agent for you. She's not that agent that will outsource her work. She does it all. Very friendly, super knowledgeable and gets the job done. She has helped me sell and buy homes on 2 separate occasions. And both times for the job done with ease. I have referred many people to get and every time they have thanked me after the fact. After a bad experience with another realtor in the past, my wife and I met Jennifer through several mutual acquaintances; after one meeting we knew she was exactly what we were looking for. She was very straight forward and honest right from the start, didn’t pull any punches and helped guide us through one of the most difficult housing markets in history. Jennifer took the time to get to know us, and helped direct us and point us toward realistic options that fit OUR needs. Even after 3 months, losing 12 offers, with one crazy bidding war, and being number 2 on several properties (VA loans are not very popular in this sellers market), Jennifer never gave up on us, or FOR us. Lucky number 13 proved to be the charm and we couldn’t be happier!! If you need to buy or sell in the greater Rochester area, I wouldn’t call anyone else, no one will work harder for YOU!!
