Jenil Salazer-Scott was our agent that helped sell our property in Carmel, IN. She is phenomenal, very strategic in working with clients to sell the house to niche customers. She has a large contact list and she knows how to sell to whom. She took care of staging, moving things in the house, she has staff for taking care of lot of things, good repository of plumbing, painting and other upgrades and fixes needed. Overall, we sold the house quickly, with no hassle and we had a very pleasant experience.

When we were ready to downsize our house, we were fortunate enough to have had a former client of Jennil’s recommend that we talk to her. She ended up both selling our house, and finding us a new home immediately once it sold. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

She is very detail oriented and did a wonderful job staging and marketing our home to sell. When it sold, she was very hands on with all of the details necessary to get the sale to closing. She truly made an extremely difficult process as easy as she possibly could.

She has done an equally good job helping us with our new home. After looking for three days, She ended up showing us a house that was not yet on the market. It completely met all of our needs and we love it. We highly recommend her.

Jennil is by far the best realtor we’ve ever used! Her knowledge of the local area market is superior & quite frankly she sets the bar - which is high my friend!

When you invite Jennil into your home to sell (we had her sell ours & then help us find our new home) she will help you every step of the way - including finding you a place to live when she sells your home so quickly! She also manages quite a few rental properties as well! Bonus!

Everything she told us to do to get our house ready to sell (which - her advice is liquid gold people! - do what she says - do all of it - no questions asked) - sold our house within a month!

She answers every phone call, responds to every email, never misses a text (even at 5am) - her staff are amazing too! Everyone works so hard & will go above & beyond for you!
