Jenny Welch

Jennifer has resided, worked, and raised her daughter in Sugar Land. She has a strong connection to the community, having attended FBISD schools throughout middle and high school and working for FBISD for over 25 years as a teacher and high school counselor. As a wife, mother, and Labrador Retriever owner, Jennifer is an animal lover and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, as well as curling up with a good book or watching her favorite football and baseball teams. Her passion lies in getting to know her clients and assisting them in selling or purchasing a home, and she takes pride in being a part of the significant growth and transformation that Fort Bend and Houston have undergone. With her extensive experience in the Houston and surrounding areas, Jennifer offers valuable insights and expertise in real estate transactions.
