Jeremiah Pierce

Jeremiah is a General Contractor and holds real estate licenses as an Affiliate Broker & Certified Residential Appraiser. He is also a non-active Attorney in Tennessee. He has been involved in many facets of real estate including both residential and commercial since 2003.
A native of Nashville, Jeremiah played college baseball and obtained his B.A. from Lee University. He then went on to study at the Nashville School of Law where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence. He opened a law practice in downtown Nashville which focused on small business and real estate.
He started renovating homes in 2006 which continued to grow into Leverick Homes and a full-time focus on designing, building, and renovating throughout Nashville.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and is an avid boat and golfing enthusiast. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Sumner County Association of Realtors, Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Creekwood Marina, and Harbor Island Yacht Club.
