As a Global Real Estate Advisor, Jeremy Badian actively represents buyers and sellers in the residential luxury and premium commercial markets. Prior to his real estate career, Jeremy successfully produced internationally marketed fashion campaigns for international luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Hermes. Before his foray into the billion-dollar fashion industry, Jeremy spent 10 years coordinating art and production teams on feature films and television shows for Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers, and Sony Pictures. These experiences gave him a unique eye for luxury and aesthetics and instilled in him a steadfast commitment to professionalism and excellence in service delivery. Having joined forces with the world-class team of experts at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and The Reiter Property Group, Jeremy can provide his clients access and insight to the latest trends in today’s real estate market. Jeremy is currently involved in the acquisition, leasing and management of commercial and residential luxury real estate investments involving warehouse/flex space, retail, restaurant and development sites. Jeremy has called South Florida home for past 18 years. Previously, he lived in New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta.
