Jeremy Bouknight, Broker In Charge at Reedy Property Group, brings over a decade of real estate experience and has been part of hundreds of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including land, residential, office, flex, industrial, multi-family properties, and property management. Originally from the Columbia/Irmo area and now living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Jeremy is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University. Before joining Reedy Property Group, he founded and led his own brokerage, later serving as Broker In Charge from 2021 to 2024.
Jeremy’s broad expertise allows him to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with precision, offering clients valuable insights across multiple markets. As Chairman of the Board at Flourish Adoption Ministry, he also demonstrates a deep commitment to his community.
Outside of work, Jeremy values spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons, Judah and Bowen. He enjoys golfing and outdoor activities, which help him maintain a well-rounded and energized approach to his work.
