Very knowledgeable about the area vs the market value of that area. Straight up honest.. Not pushy... Gives insight on the property... Looks at water heater, hvac unit, sump-pumps, radon, elect panel to see the last time those items were inspected & gives a ball park estimate on time on how long those last w/a price range of replacement. (<-- do your research as well Jeremy gives you knowledge at items to look for.) Great guy all around thats not worried about the closing a sale.. he is truly for you... the buyer... to be happy in YOUR purchase.

I wish I could give a million stars. If you are in need of an experienced realtor, and all around amazing person with a heart of gold, who will get you the best that you can get, (for your money, time, everything) look no further. In either buying or selling. Your search is over! If you still need reassurance, let the fact that I've worked with Jeremy Byers atleast 4 times now, (I've bought and sold a few houses) stand to say something. Once I met him for the first time and he helped me sell my first house, I knew I never wanted to work with anyone ever again. He's the only person I will trust not only to sell my house, but when purchasing one as well. He responds quickly, will help you navigate and understand every part of the buying/selling process, and he will never make you feel like you can't ask him anything, day or night. He is an all around great person and brings experience and knowledge to the table. He gets things done, he works great with the other buyers/sellers as well. I can't thank my friend enough for introducing me to him. Not only has he helped me, he also helped my parents with their buying and selling needs too. My parents came along with me when I went to visit a home that I liked and wanted to potentially buy. That house ended up not being the perfect one for me, and Jeremy helped steer me away from a bad decision. My parents were impressed and knew when it came time for them to need a realtor, they would go with him in a heartbeat.

Take it from me, I've done the hard work for you. I've worked with other realtors and there is no better than Jeremy. He and his team are hands down, the very best in this industry.
