Jeremy Drosin

Jeremy Drosin enjoyed a fast rise to success in real estate as a “Top Agent” his first year in the business at Urbanista. After working at another prominent downtown firm he assumed the role of Broker Associate of Urbanista Brokers, where he applies his seasoned skill set and inspirational drive to help his office and agents excel.

While his full attention was formerly focused on his clients and customers, Jeremy is now a broker associate who is very hands on and committed to his talented team– with his mission to continually raise the bar in service. He not only plays a major role in streamlining transactions and overseeing operations of the Urbanista office; he also provides valuable lead generation, as well as training and coaching for the other agents. Jeremy’s goal is to help shape Urbanista’s strengths, turn the business into a successful client-centric company, and provide knowledge of both the rental and sales markets to ensure the most well-rounded experience.

Jeremy’s fascination with and love of Downtown Orlando Urban Living is what led him to pursue the fast-paced world of real estate. Drawing on his business savvy and entrepreneurial spirit, he started up by joining the Urbanista team in 2009. His strong command of the market, expertise in handling rentals and sales, and keen ability to manage and multi-task make Jeremy an exemplary leader and asset to the entire company and his immediate clients.

Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Jeremy has lived in Downtown’s Lake Como neighborhood for many years with his wife Jill and daughter Olivia. Jeremy is fluent in French. After graduating from Vassar College with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in Russian Language, he served as Manager of International Sales for 24/7 Media in New York City.
