Jeremy Ellingson

Jeremy is a licensed Real Estate Broker in MN and is a Top Producing agent with the AP Group at RE/MAX Advantage Plus. He has been licensed since 2003 and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in that time.

He works with a great network of Lenders, Title Companies and Contractors to ensure that you receive the highest quality of service throughout your real estate transaction. He uses the latest technology, marketing and communication methods to ensure that his clients are getting the best service possible.

His area of expertise is in Residential Real Estate. Including Land, Lakeshore, Luxury, Recreational Property, Ranch and Hobby Farms. He also has extensive knowledge in Foreclosed, Distressed and Estate Sales. Jeremy specializes in working with senior citizens. With a background in Occupational Therapy, he has the knowledge and skill set to make recomendations in adapting their current home in order to stay longer or transition to their next destination when the time comes.

Jeremy believes in building strong communities. He has written several articles in local newspapers and has served on various city committees. He is also an active member in Local Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy was born and raised in Minnesota. He grew up working on a grain farm in Breckenridge MN from which he learned the value of hard work. Early on he knew that he wanted to help people and wanted to make a difference. So, in 1993, he received his degree in Occupational Therapy and began helping people recover from ailments and injuries. Through the years he also developed an affinity for real estate. In 2003, he obtained his real estate license and began the journey of helping people with their real estate needs. The way he helps people may have changed, but the desire and drive to make a difference in people’s lives has not.

He currently lives in Coon Rapids with his wife Lynda and their Dachshund Saddie Together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In his free time he loves to be outside. He can often be found cooking on the grill, hanging out with family/friends, going on bike rides, and visiting local parks. Jeremy and his wife also like trying out new restaurants and local hot spots and taking in community events. They love to travel and try to get to at least one new place each year. Jeremy is always excited when he can get back to his family land to enjoy the beauty and nature it beholds. Whether it’s riding the trails, hunting, fishing or to see how the crops are looking for the year.
