Jeremy is professional, knowledgeable and absolutely understands the market in my area. We listed the estate property at the right price and he worked to sell it. In fact, he received an offer the first few days it was listed. Jeremy is also skilled in SEO. He is able to get the most coverage online continually for the property. We moved easily through the negotiation process and we closed on time. I highly recommend Jeremy to be your realtor. If I move I will use him for my own home.

Our realtor Jeremy Fennell assisted us through the ups and downs of buying a short sale property. We heard short sales were nightmares but he was very supportive and responsive throughout the process. He followed up several times after the purchase to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.
