Jeremy was fantastic! We first reached out several months early about selling our home. Jeremy came out prepared with local comps and walked the home with us. He made recommendations on what's important to have ready and was there checking in until we were ready. Once in market is where he really shined. We showed the home over 5 or 6 days and received multiple offers. He helped us understand what to consider without pushing us at all and once we decided he was there every step of the way. A+++

Jeremy and his team were beyond helpful.
I now live on the coast but had held onto my prior home for several years before finally deciding to sell. After spending 3 weeks packing items to be moved, I had to get back home but promised Jeremy that I would return if need be. "No worries," he assured me. He was so right.
Jeremy and his team arranged for an estate sale to dispose of everything that I could not take. The company they chose posted pix on line for potential customers, and I could see they were doing a fine job.
After the estate sale ended Jeremy arranged for the home to be thoroughly cleaned, including the tile floors and carpets. When a pipe in the front yard sprung a leak he called in a plumber to fix it. He also arranged for the home and pest control inspections, things I had done when buying or selling a previous home.
As soon as the home went on the market there were several immediate offers, one of which was substantially above the asking price. Jeremy really knew what he was doing.
All relevant documents were processed via DocuSign, except for the final papers which were handled by a mobile notary who came to my house at Jeremy's request.
I can't thank them enough for their efforts on my behalf. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We worked with Jeremy for over a year all together. Moving from 328 miles away presented more than the usual challenges, and Jeremy helped at each phase. He was diligent in sending updates of listings online, available to meet with us - even when we made quick trips and had limited time. When we found the right house he facilitated the offer, and made fast arrangements for the home inspection to take place while we were still in town - all of which were most appreciated. When we panicked, he remained calm and reassuring. When we were excited, he gently brought us back to reality. Jeremy helped my wife and I buy our first home. We had done a lot of looking around on the internet and driving around town and never found the house we were looking for. We met Jeremy at an open house for a home that wasn't in our price range. But even though we were looking for a smaller home Jeremy never wavered on his support of us finding the right house for us. When we went out looking with him he gave us honest feed back on houses, weather they were over priced or just wouldn't work for what we wanted. He was more interested in us getting the best home than making a quick sale. On our second day of looking at homes we came to a house in Hollywood Park that was perfect. The house had just lowered it's price by 5K, but Jeremy recommended that we make an offer of the original price as the lower price would attract more offers. His advice paid off as our offer was accepted, and we began the process of purchasing our first home. We had a turbulent escrow, due to our first lender dragging their feet. Jeremy walked us through all the paperwork and he also recommended a different lender that not only gave us a better rate, but helped explain all the details. Jeremy made himself available and worked with our own crazy work schedules to get everything done. I don't know if we could have done this without Jeremy. But I do know if we ever sell or buy another home, Jeremy will be the first call that we make. -Zillow

We first met Jeremy when we contacted him about a home on Zillow, and he was able to get us in to see the home that same day. We were moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento area, and could only drive up to look at houses on certain days, and he was great accommodating our scheduling needs. He got us connected with a great lender, and we ended up going into contract on a short sale, which Jeremy prepared us could be a long and unpredictable process. While there were definitely ups and downs, Jeremy stayed very communicative and responsive through the whole process, even just checking in with us if there was no news to report.
