About Jeremy

Jeremy's concentration and expertise is in the sales and leasing of commercial assets within the 128 Corridor and beyond. He built his 20+ year real estate career beginning with Chicago-based Sheldon Good and Company and then honed his commercial experience in suburban Boston commercial real estate with R.W. Holmes and Boston Realty Advisors. Throughout his career, Jeremy has been involved in the sale and leasing of over one billion dollars of real estate across a variety of asset classes. Jeremy is a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has completed post-graduate work in Real Estate Finance at Harvard University. He has also completed the ARW's Enterprise, CCIM 101, AARE 101 & 102 certifications.

Jeremy spends a significant amount of his time within both the public sector and philanthropic world, contributing his energy to the Economic Development Commission for The City of Newton, the Newton/Needham (N2) Real Estate Task Force Committee, and as a Trustee for Hebrew Senior Life, while also sitting on its investment committee. Jeremy, his wife, and three children currently live in Newton.
