Jeremy Howard

Jeremy is proud to have been born and raised in Charlotte, NC. Growing up in South Charlotte, off of Park Road, he got to see the changes this city went through from the early 90’s onward. He attended South Mecklenburg High School (class of 2007) and studied Business Management at UNC - Charlotte (Go Niners!). After graduating college in 2011, he worked in supply chain management until 2016 when he took the leap of faith into real estate. His wife and he (along with their 2 four legged children) live in South Charlotte. When he is not helping clients sell or purchase a home, you can find Jeremy at the local Lowe's picking up supplies for a weekend project cheering on the Panthers at Bank of America Stadium, checking out a local brewery, or frequenting one of my favorite restaurants. He knows where to eat in Charlotte!

In 2019 Jeremy joined Keller Williams South Park to help provide better services for his clients. He is an individual agent, which allows him to give a personal touch to each transaction. In 2019, Jeremy sold 26 homes, totaling $6.9 million in sales. A majority of those located in close proximity to the Lynx Blue Line, a common mode of transportation for Charlotteans. His top priority is providing his clients excellent customer service with timely communication and feedback. Which is crucial in the fast-paced and competitive market we live in. He does not stop until he gets his client the most favorable and financially beneficial deal! While Charlotte is his home, he is also licensed in South Carolina!
