I felt totally confident in his skills at detecting any hidden or challenging conditions of homes we toured, and he always kept my level of affordability in the mix. When we found the home where all my boxes were “checked”, he made the offer process smooth and easy. He was willing to meet in person for signings, as I am not comfortable with online signatures. After the purchase, he kept in touch with me to ensure that any problems that arose, that he was available with guidance and assistance. At a time when selling our house was doubtful due to the horrible experience we had with a previous realtor, the current state of the market, and the time frame my wife and I were working with, Jeremy came in last minute and saved the day!!

Long-story short, we were moving to Arizona and had to be gone by end of October 2022 and we needed to sell our house fast. After 3 failed previous months with a different realtor, my wife and I thought we were destined to rent our house out. Frustrating as that time was, I happened to mentioned it to my lender and he highly recommended that before I pull the trigger on renting my house out, that I speak to Jeremy first. So I reached out to Jeremy.

Jeremy came highly recommended from the lender we were working with! And rightfully so!! Jeremy was on top of it. Very transparent but confident and made Jessica and I feel excited and confident that we could sell our house before we move! Jeremy's attention to detail, pricing strategy, marketing brilliance and constant out of the box ideas on how to bring the buzz to our doorstep during a buyers market was extraordinary! One week back on the market, we recieved our first offer and 3 days after that, we got multiple offers that turned into a full day bidding war until we went into contract that same evening! We went into mutual just 10 days back on the market with Jeremy and his team! There were some bumps along the road to close on the buyers end but Jeremy stuck with us all the way though the entire transaction until our house officially sold. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for his vast knowledge of all real estate in Washington State. We look forward to working with Jeremy again soon!!

The thing about these transactions are the relationships you build along the way. Jeremy is a good friend who is one to help people without expecting anything in return. Unfortunately, he is not licensed in Arizona but connected me with one of his realtor peers whom could help us. Fortunately, I still text him questions on my buying experience and he has continued to help/advise me along the way. Great guy!!

I started working with Jeremy after he was recommended to me by my lender. Never have I ever gotten a better recommendation. Jeremy is extremely accommodating and responsive, and is very knowledgeable and honest with his evaluations of the potential and condition of houses. We were able to perform most of our housing search remotely, and he gave us full tours of the neighborhoods, and houses as well as detailed recommendations of places around our desired locations, which assisted us in finding the perfect first home purchase! He was very passionate in us finding the right home for us, and not just an easy sale. When performing our first walkthrough of our eventual purchase, he took the day to give me a tour of the greater Seattle area, including 3 additional tours to assess the options of different areas. I met Jeremy when I was first considering buying a house. He
exudes: intelligence, kindness, patience. He is knowledgeable, tactful and polite, and truly caring.  He didn't rush me, he just kept checking in to see where I was at.
He is ready to rumble when it's go-time, but he doesn’t guilt you if something doesn’t work out - he meets you with compassion. Buying a house can be an emotional roll coaster and there is no better agent to have in your corner.

As a home inspector I work with many realtors on a daily basis Jeremy is one that is at the top of my list. When it comes to serving his clients and the people in his life he does it with his whole heart and upmost integrity. Always friendly, available, kind, and educationally oriented. He wants his clients to be as well informed about every aspect of the home buying process as possible. I’ve seen him go above and beyond the normal standards of service in his industry many times. Whether it’s going to bat to get the best possible price on a home that may need some repairs. Or helping someone listing their home. I met Jeremy when my husband and I first started looking for a house for my daughter. I had spoken with several other Realtors, but any assistance I received was minimal, I felt like I was bothering them with my questions. Jeremy is the most down to earth, honest, and easy going man I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can’t say enough about Jeremy. I’ve never seen such a thorough agent—he spent so much time each showing going over every detail of the houses with us. This wasn’t our first time buying but it was the first time we learned about many things we should have known about when buying a house. Jeremy spent months helping us find the house that would work well for us rather than whatever house he could get us to sign on. Through weekends, evenings, and an injury requiring surgery (on him) he still made time for us, to the extent that he called us right after he got out of surgery. He worked tirelessly to negotiate on our offers, and helped us through our frustrations when our VA loan just wasn’t as competitive as the no-contingency frenzy we were up against. His assistant Courtney was also a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to find and show us houses while he was recovering. I wouldn't choose a different team for the world.

Jeremy is an incredibly detail driven, passionate realtor that isn't afraid to call out problems with units even if it means losing out on the quick sale.

We went on over a dozen tours and he always made sure to thoroughly audit each property, often going speaking with the Seller and their team, even when we weren't even too sure about making an offer. He paid careful attention to each of our offers and each time went the extra mile to get to know the seller's agents to squeeze out that extra bit of insight to help us calibrate on next steps.

Plus, Jeremy has a very deep network of local contractors, lenders, and some of our tours included a special +1 that also offered great insight into very specific observations with everything from build quality to Seattle housing trends. The icing on the cake was that his firm's team was more than happy to fill in a few of the odd holiday hour gaps - and we were able to complete a chaotic Q4 loop of house hunting with the keys to a dream home that Jeremy really did make possible.

Jeremy Minor was always accommodating and responsive to every concern and interest that my wife and I had throughout our search for a new house or land to build, anywhere in Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties. He actively listened to our thoughts about house or land features that were important to us. We believe that trait helped him zero in on the house we wanted, as soon as it became available.

He was by far the most important part of our house hunt, and would always amaze us with all his knowledge and honesty about every place we looked at.
