If I were to say to you FULL rehab on this home, I'd want to stress the word FULL. Like the kinda full where you can't walk across the room without spilling because it's too FULL. So I cannot stress enough that this home is a FULL rehab - It is for investors/rehabbers this is not a home to be lived in, yet.
