Jeri Kooiman

Jeri Ann Kooiman, together with husband Dave, have owned KOOIMAN REALTY, LLC. since 1999. Jeri Ann has been a Realtor in our quad-city area since 1988. Jeri Ann is an Arizona native, born and raised in the Verde Valley. The small town of Clarkdale at the foothills of Jerome is where Jeri Ann, and six siblings, called home.

Jeri Ann is a fourth generation Woman Business Owner and Operator in Arizona and takes great pride in her western values and service to the communities she calls home!
Jeri Ann has served as President for the Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation as well as The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Arizona and The Better Business Bureau. She now serves as Chairperson for the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce.

After marrying her husband in 2008, Tara has lived on many ranches throughout the State of Arizona and a few in New Mexico. In 2009 Tara joined the Kooiman Realty family as a part-time bookkeeper for our REO team and earned her Real Estate License in 2014. Tara has an amazing work ethic, knowledge of the area ,and a great sense of humor. Each Real Estate Transaction is unique, and brings a unique set of facts and often obstacles with it. Tara excels at finding the answers to make each real estate transaction as seamless and efficient as possible.
