I dont even know where to begin. We closed today. Sold our house at 518 Amsonia Circle, Guyton. You should look at the write up and the pictures--wow, this is the advertising that you want! Every team member was phenomenal! Shout out to Kailee who was always there to help us! Jeri Patrick gave us the best advice, and listened to our needs and concerns every step of the way. You want a skilled professional when its your home! We are only giving 5 stars because it won't let us give them 6! BTW, we were under contract within 3 days with backup offers. I began searching for my new home twice this year. Both times I was excited to be working with a team that cared about my success as much as I did. I knew I made the right choice when Kailee was honest about whether a house seemed like it was for us or not. We were not just another sale to her. She took the time to hand select houses for us each week based on the details we loved the week before. We wanted a bonus room, lots of windows, and a big backyard. Something new each week. Jeri and Stephanie did a great job selling my house. This was my first time selling a house and they had a very good first meeting in walking me through their process and explaining the logic behind their comparison analysis. This played a significant role in choosing to go with them over other realtors I was screening. They helped with staging for photos which came out very professional even though it was a rainy day. While on the market Stephanie was very responsive to texts and calls and I received automated dated each week detailing online viewing traffic. Once under contract, closing was stress free and Stephanie was available for any questions I had with documentation.
