Jerimie Rodriguez was born in Lubbock County but raised in the Hays County and Comal County area. He join the Marine Corps at the age of 18, where he served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician for 8.5 years.
While stationed in Japan for 5 years, he fell in love with the world of real estate. He spent the majority of his free time listening to the Biggerpockets podcast and consuming as much information as he could on real estate. Determined to start creating generational wealth for his family, he purchased his first multi-family asset over the phone while still stationed in Japan.
After leaving the Marine Corps, Jerimie gained employment through the Air Force as a government contractor in IT. While working full-time, he also completed his associate degree in fine arts and is continuing his education to get his bachelor's degree.
He is married to his amazing wife, Oshera, whom he met while stationed in Japan. Oshera is from Jamaica and is currently an English teacher in the Austin area. Together, they have two beautiful children, a girl and a boy, Ahnabella and Jerimie III.
Jerimie is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is a member of his children's school PTA and recently became a substitute teacher to further give back to the youth. He is also a boxing coach for Aftermath Boxing in San Marcos, TX, where he volunteers his time to give back to the community and also competes as a fighter himself.
He chose to work with Blessed Properties because of their incredible track record of managing his quadplex and getting him an amazing deal on the new multi-family asset that he purchased last year. He saw Patrick Purifoy as a great mentor and made a promise to join his team.
Today, Jerimie is using his experience, determination, and tenacity to help his clients achieve their real estate dreams. He is a man of integrity and compassion, and he is committed to going above and beyond to ensure that his clients are completely satisfied with their experience working with him. With Jerimie by their side, his clients can be confident that they are in good hands.
