When it comes to the physical world of home selling, I take traditional marketing a step further by organizing high-tech open houses and positioning custom signs that let everyone know the perfect home is for sale.



I also use something called "Drive-By Technology" that gives a potential buyer a virtual flyer of your home. Within seconds of passing by your home, they'll have the price, photos, and a virtual tour on their phone. I'm notified of the distribution of these virtual flyers, which allows me to follow up with potential buyers and schedule more showings of your home. This can all lead to increased sale traffic, multiple offers, a higher selling price, and ultimately, a sold home!


When I'm not helping clients sell their homes, you can find me helping individuals, couples, and families search for homes that fit their budget, needs, and style. While I love marketing homes, I also enjoy the thrill of discovering the perfect home for a client.
