Have over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry, since 1999 with G.L. Homes and affiliated companies. Have worked in multiple fields and corporate capacities including, but not limited to:
* Planning -
* Permitting - coordinating all necessary submit requirements to various government agencies for custom homes, community amenities & commercial projects
*Establishing HOA in our Communities, working with Property Management Company and represent developers interest until turnover of Community HOA to homeowners.
*Construction Manager - Scheduling & coordinating all phases of construction on residential, residential multifamily and commercial projects
*Contracts Manager - responsible for contacting all sub-contractor for an affordable housing project, commercial projects and custom homes.
Currently my duties are as a Contracts Manager for GL Building Corporation on commercial projects and G.L. Signature Homes, in our custom home division.
