I have been fortunate to call Lake County home for over 39 years,with growing up here I know the area very well! I come from a family of home builders and land developers so I have lots of knowledge of how a home is constructed, the permit process and inspections! I use this experience to help my selling clients prepare their homes for sale, and buying clients on what to look for when purchasing a home.I feel this gives me an advantage!
Communication, negotiating, and attention to detail are just a few of my strengths. I have been a part of the M.L.S. committee with the association of realtors for the last 3 years and now active on the grievence committee. My family has made Lake County our home since 1978, we love the area and all it has to offer!
