I did a google search for highest rated realtor in my area and Jerry was one that popped up. I also made appointments with other realtors, but Jerry seemed to be the best fit for us.

Jerry is a a professional in every aspect. Everything from marketing, listing, staging, negotiating and photos, Jerry does it all and does it well.

Buying and selling a house is extremely stressful. But Jerry’s team has everything streamlined which helped a lot, we were able to see all offers online and anytime we had questions Jerry was a text away.

Choosing a realtor that has the experience and the tools to is super important when selling your house (I learned the hard way). First things first, I never thought selling a house could be such a smooth and hassle-free experience. Jerry is the guy that made it possible.
Jerry is possible the best seller agent you can find, ever. This is not an exaggeration. and No, I am not paid for the review. I just felt compelled to tell all the potential sellers out there that you owe it to yourselves to at least talk to Jerry before you sign your contract with any other agent. You will be glad you did.
I meet Jerry a few months ago when I went to tour an open house sold by Jerry. I was very impressed with the presentation of the house and found out that he and his team did the staging. Back then I was thinking about selling my old house once I buy a bigger one. I contacted Jerry to set up a consultation soon after I bought my new house. My old house is a single family house with small lot in an average neighborhood. House condition was OK but could use some repair. First thing Jerry asked was why I wanted to sell the house and then explained that with current rental trend I would have a healthy cash flow if I kept it instead of selling. At no time I felt Jerry was trying to persuade me to sell the house.
Being first time seller, we were concerned with many things that we felt would be major negatives for a buyer but Jerry sifted through all my concerns and pinpointed out a few small things that can improve the prospect of the house without extensive and expensive repair/remodeling. While he was telling me what needs to be done on the house before we list it, I was thinking in the back of my mind on how much all this will cost me. You can imagine my surprise when I heard that his team will take care of all these free of charge. All I need to do is a single trip to home depot and buy a few small plants for the front yard, three bags of pebbles, a fresh pint of paint and leave them all in the garage for less than 100 bucks.
Before the house was listed, Jerry and his team repaired all the things he mentioned, cleaned up and landscaped the front yard, painted nail holes and faded color patches on the walls and cleaned the house inside out including insides of the refrigerator that we are gonna leave behind. His team then took the listing photos and touched them up so the listing is attractive. After the offers are in, he then came up with an ingenious counter strategy to get me better offers yet. Once the house is pending he updated me periodically on the progress. Occasionally Jerry would call me to sign some documents and only then I would find out that for the past few days, he was working hard in the background taking care of issues. He added a water pan under my water heater outside the house just to meet the code. His handyman actually went to home depot and matched the color himself and bought/painted the wall because the one I bought was not a 100% match. He could have told me all these and more and asked me to help out but no, he took care of them all before I knew there were problems. The buyer's FHA appraisal asked us to add guard rails on the 2 steps of stair in the front yard no higher than 12 inch total. Jerry fought back with California law / regulation that rails are not required. With the impossible FHA demand, we were risking the deal to a halt with all the time invested gone to waste, he then had buyer install the guard rail with their money before they even bought the house. Again, he mentioned about it during his periodic update after he took care of it. On my final visit to the house, I was very impressed with what Jerry and his team have done for the house.
If you want to maximized your house selling proceed with no hassle, you can't go wrong to sell with Jerry. Nobody I talked to had ever heard of a seller agent like Jerry. I am recommending Jerry to all my contacts who are thinking about selling their houses because Jerry deserves it.

Spoiler alert: Despite the gushing expressed in this review, it is not written by Jerry’s mother; it’s written by a brother and sister for whom Jerry has sold a couple of houses. Let’s start with the fact that aside from being a realtor, Jerry is, in our opinion, just a really fine human being. He always does what he says he’s going to do, which is plenty. Whenever there is a problem, big or tiny, he says, “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” And he does, even if the problem is not exactly in his job description.
Then there’s his marketing. Jerry utilizes the internet to its full potential. All of his media, both printed and online, is more polished and professional compared to other realtors. He will make your house look like a place you would want to move into; it borders on magical.
When you hire Jerry, you are not just paying for the hours he puts in; you are paying for his advice, solid advice that is based on current market trends and good business judgement. False promises or hidden agendas are not in Jerry’s playbook. Plus, he does all this with a real happiness which reflects a guy who loves his job.

We have gone through several real estate transactions in and around LA & Orange County buying and selling about six houses / condos so far. We need to confess that we never came across such a true professional. Reference to our latest transaction (selling our condo in Arcadia), right from the start, he laid out all the procedures entailed in these transactions, did a quick survey of the market and advised the marketing strategy. The condo was sold (he found a buyer even before the condo was listed on MRMLS) within no time to our satisfaction. We planned to stage the property and there was no need at all. Most important quality about him is helping the seller all the way through the Escrow process (particularly taking care of any repairs needed per inspection report, termite inspection arrangements, expediting buyer's loan arrangements by "twisting" loan personnel, etc.). We were living far away from the property and we never needed to visit the property at all till the end of sale. Our experience with Jerry and his team was fantastic! He and his team were outstanding in preparing us for the sale of our house. We met with Jerry and based on our discussions he set up a timeframe for the sale. We had never sold a home in the US before and he set up a series of meetings with photographers and stagers to help put the home in the best light. They made things perfect. The photos and the video were so good that we wanted to buy our home! Jerry had Annie and Vivian organize all of the decorations and schedule. As a first-time solo home buyer in SoCal just a little over 3 months ago, I had no clue about real estate at all. Initially I found random realtors and got frustrated with their unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. I spent multiple trips and drove around many places in LA such as Irvine, Pomona, Chino Hills and Arcadia. Still I haven't found ideal investment property. Then I did some research online and got Jerry contact infor, since then, my goal of buying house was getting back on right track. He recommended me places where house price is not that expensive, with good school district, high population flow with job opportunities, and suitable for rental. He also told me about ADU new laws etc. I definitely learnt a lot during first meeting with him.
And then I started located the place where he recommended and schedule appointment with him to see house. He also helped me find a few more to see comparsion. He was very professional and printed out those copies of house we seeing with detailed infor. and report. He was very responsive and quick to get back to me about my questions. He not just texted you, he would call you right away to resolve your concerns.
So after I saw one house that I found interested in buying, he helped me made the offer on the same day. Although that house offer didn't work out with seller, Jerry still kept his enthusiasm. He helped me find other houses and booked to see them. Luckily I ended up with one of his listing houses with great deal buy from owner in the exact right timing: Owner accepted my offer just one day before another buyer who was willing to pay 20k more than me!
ALL thank to Jerry's charisma and work ethnics. He would help you discover the house that might not fall into your consideration previously. He is super patient to help you throughout the house hunting journey.
He also had a lot resources in case if you stuck with something. Such as me, I had another frustration with previous lender during contigency and was so afraid of falling out escrow. Jerry recommended me a super fast helpful lender who is just like him, and have worked with him a lot, so that I was still managed to get my loan approval during last week of my loan contingency. After buying the house, him and his assistant would guide you with necessary steps to ensure your move-in smoothly.
Overall Jerry was definitely the best realtor in SoCal. His fluency in both English and Mandarin have helped numerous American and Chinese clients. His work ethnics and professionalism are among the best of the best realtors you could imagine. Don't feel hesitate to ask any question, he would be very patient and helpful to guide you to buy the ideal house even you have zero experience about home buying.
