Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. I also looked at the investment they make when helping you find properties. Jesse Anderson stood out as the best Kansas and Missouri has to offer: his organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into finding and narrowing listings to a certain search criteria. As an investor, His commitment, punctuality and time investment on my listing was outstanding and commendable. Jesse spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information on comps in the area. I have bought and sold a home through Jesse and he is an excellent Agent to work with. Jesse makes the process incredibly easy and takes extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give staging tips, having professional photographs taken,renovation ideas and a lot more. When I saw my last listing online, I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition in the area. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. The house went under contract only days after we put it on the market. Jesse (and members of his Team were also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Jesse to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor in Kansas or Missouri.
