Jesse Bailey is the company owner of 49 Units which is a multifamily brokerage and advisory firm specializing in small-to-midsized properties in Palm Beach County and South Florida.

At 49 Units, we believe the small-to-midsized segment (generally defined as buildings under 50 units) of the multifamily housing market plays a critical role in supporting economic opportunity and providing a variety of housing options. This segment of the rental housing market has been undersupplied for decades, resulting in limited housing options where needed and presenting opportunities for multifamily investors as well as developers.


Company Owner Jesse Bailey has 7 years of multifamily experience at Greystar, where he supported the operations of a Florida portfolio consisting of over 30,000 units under management; served as lead reporting analyst for a 9,000+ unit client portfolio; and completed development consulting assignments for projects located in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. Mr. Bailey most recently served as Vice President of Development at Navarro Lowrey Properties. Mr. Bailey has been a resident of Palm Beach County for 15 years. He is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, and a founding member of Strong Towns, a nonprofit dedicated to making communities financially strong and resilient. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in real estate finance.
