If you are trying to sell your home while living oversea, I would strongly suggest that you think twice about moving forward...unless you have someone like Jesse Dunbar working as your agent and advisor.
Jesse came to me highly recommended and those who sing his praises are right on the money! As I was trying to get the most money for the property I was selling, I was not disappointed.
Instead of just selling my house Jesse suggested I invest some time and money to improve the property before selling it. I can tell you that investment paid off more than I imagined.
In many cases agents will over promise a seller with a high sell price. Jesse was truthful about what he thought I could get for my house; he was spot on.
In the five months that it took to sell the house I never had a chance to meet with Jesse in person, yet we were able to get the property painted, carpeted, cleaned, fence replaced, and pest control taken care of. Most important of all, he found a happy buyer!
