Jesse Hernandez

Jesse Hernandez is the Executive Chairman and President of “International Real Estate Services,” also recognized as IRES. Jesse, a local native raised in Southern California, began his career in 1991 as a Mortgage Lending Professional and late became the co-founder of International Mortgage. He worked hand in hand with co-founder and partner, Mr. Roy Swan. Together, they launched the real estate industry’s only full-service franchise, International Real Estate Services, which streamlined the process of finding your home to funding your loan.

Jesse, as the driving force of sales and Broker, has spear headed the strategic direction for both IRES and International Mortgage. Jesse’s involvement in The Covina Chamber of Commerce, CAMP, and Covina Rotary has left a footprint in the community. Through IRES Charities, he Developed “Covina Goes Pink” and “Real Estate Goes Pink” in loving memory of his wife Syl Hernandez.

In his spare time, Jesse enjoys working out and spending quality time with his kids.
