Jesse Muñoz is a multifamily investment specialist with over a decade of experience in Greater Los Angeles. He provides disposition, acquisition, valuation, and advisory services to both institutional and private capital clients. Over the course of his career, he has handled multi-million dollar apartment portfolios, dispositions for family trusts, small lot and affordable housing development projects, and acquisitions for return-driven investors. Jesse’s knowledge of market trends and expertise in financing, development, and joint ventures has resulted in successful transactions totaling 2,000 multifamily units and over $350 million dollars.
Prior to his current role at Lee & Associates, Jesse served for 10 years as a Senior Associate with Colliers International where he was recognized as a top producer with the firm and identified by LoopNet as a top Los Angeles Deal Maker. Before joining Colliers, he spent three years as a San Diego-based sales consultant for SNCA, a global procurement corporation. He was successful in leading his office to exceed national sales goals and significantly grow its client base. Jesse was also instrumental in successfully reducing procurement and acquisition costs for such companies as: APW Telecommunications, Caterpillar Industrial Gas Turbine, SAIC Technologies, Clark Construction, and Petco Park/San Diego Padres.
