JESSE WALKER

Jesse Walker is a distinguished Associate Broker with a real estate license dating back to 2003. She believes in real estate as the ultimate equalizer and the fastest route to financial freedom. Jesse’s journey began at 23 with the purchase of her first home in Smyrna, Georgia, leading her to strategically buy and sell numerous single and multifamily properties across Marietta, Powder Springs, East Point, Atlanta, Vinings, Mableton, Austell, Decatur, and Riverdale, both personally and through her investment company, 71 Lima.

From 2006 to 2012, Jesse served on the International Board of Trustees for The Fuller Center for Housing, an organization founded by Millard and Linda Fuller, the visionaries behind Habitat for Humanity. This experience further solidified her commitment to community-driven housing solutions.

In 2024, Jesse was invited to sit on the Dekalb County Steering Committee for the McNair community. This committee is part of a pilot program initiated by Dekalb County Planning and Zoning, focusing on building communities that lack essential resources. A key recommendation made by Jesse regarding the removal of dangerous trees in elderly residents' yards to prevent potential damage was successfully enacted as an ordinance in Dekalb County in August 2024. This is a significant victory for the community, and Jesse is honored to be a part of such a vital and impactful effort.

Jesse’s real estate expertise extends beyond transactions; she has a deep understanding of real estate investing, renovations, short sales, and foreclosures. Her specialized experience includes working closely with NFL players, where she leverages carefully vetted relationships to cater to the unique needs of high-net-worth and high-profile clientele.
