Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, and living the past 13 years in Lake Norman has given Jessica Bachand a true appreciation of what the Carolinas have to offer. Lake Norman is a very beautiful, welcoming community with residents from all over the country. Her husband, herself,
and their 3 active boys have spent countless hours on Lake Norman boating, swimming, and using kayaks. In just a few hours you can hike and bike in the Blue Ridge mountains, or relax at one of the many Carolina beaches. What an amazing place to live!

Jessica has successfully transitioned from a career in Marketing to Real Estate. This has given her extensive knowledge of the Lake Norman/Charlotte community.
