We cannot say enough good things about Jessica! This was our first experience as sellers and she walked us through each step and was incredibly supportive. She regularly checked in with us and was available for any questions we had. She has incredible attention to detail, dotting every i and crossing every t. Throughout the experience we knew that we weren't just a commission for her; she was truly an advocate looking out for our best interests. Jessica did a great managing the process of marketing and eventually selling my parents' old home. She was responsive, on top of tasks that needed to be done, and was able to find a buyer for the home that paid a good price. She provided excellent customer service. Jessica Brown is professional, knowledgeable, and ethical and goes above and beyond for her clients. When I sold my home last year, she was with me every step of the way; there was not a question she didn't answer, not a problem she couldn't help me resolve. Her colleagues at James & Lee as well as those in the field (i.e. mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc) are the best in the business. Jessica is always responsive-she always answered her phone or emails immediately, communicated with me every step of the way and made sure to thoroughly explain the process. Had a great experience with Jessica for my recent rental property sale. She advised me throughout the entire process from getting my property ready for sale and then throughout the listing period, always keeping me up to date on the most recent developments. She even assisted in the challenging lead up to getting the house listed by helping to secure a rolloff container on short notice to help with cleanup.

Jessica is great. She helped us sell our house that others couldn't help us sell and then found the perfect house for us to buy. She helped our son, a first time buyer, find a perfect condo for him and put him in touch with someone to help get special financing for a first time buyer. If you need a repairman after you buy she has a list of very good repairmen and will always answer your phone call when you need help.
