Jessica is an absolutely amazing realtor. When we were finally ready to get out of apartment life she found my partner and I a wonderful townhome to rent that was right in our budget and exactly what we needed. We spent a few years enjoying our townhome and making it our home but when we were ready to take another step forward and purchase a place, we knew Jessica was the only person for the job. She made us feel safe, listened to, and comfortable during the whole process, (both times!) even though it was during Holiday season and people are busier than normal she never made us feel like we weren’t a priority. To top it all off, she, once again, found us the perfect home. We’ve been living here for almost 10 months now, and I wake up everyday so grateful for the help and guidance Jessica has offered us that made us able to find a place to settle down. If we ever decide that we need to take another step in our home journey- we hope that Jessica will be there every step of the way.

I've been looking for a house with another realtor since the beginning of January 2023, she's an old friend from a church I used to attend. She essentially gave up on me after a few months of looking, and I never heard from her again. I started to lose hope at that very moment. however, Realtor Jessica Brown was refer to me by a close friend. I was already depressed, hopeless, and holding so much burden that poor Jessica had to bear while I was so discouraged. However, Jessica was the best she was always so upbeat. Jessica never gave up on me and stayed by my side. one thing I will never forget and will always remember Jessica will tell me "Denise you will have a home by the end of 2023. I will Look at her and tell myself. "Sure, we'll see everything is pricey, and I don't have the money that all these people who are paying with cash have." In December of 2023 I made an offer, and the owner took it. Jessica was correct. Before the year ended, I had a house. One of the greatest realtors out there is Jessica, she doesn't discriminate and will always be there, regardless of your financial situation. I can say that Jessica has grown to be more than just my realtor she's has become a close friend.

Jessica is the most amazing realtor! She has worked tirelessly to help me find my very first home. I’m still in the process of finding the right one, but Jessica has made me feel like I am her one and only client. I feel like she makes me a priority. She’s so knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She communicates with me every single day and even educates me on other resources out there that may be available to me. Between her and the broker she referred me to I can say I truly have the dream team! Jessica works for MY best interest, and we need more Jessica’s out there in this business. When I was ready to purchase my home. I was directed to use Jessica. She worked tirelessly to find me my home. She was so professional and very attentive. She listened to what I was looking for and she found it. If I were to say that she gave me a 100%, it would be doing her a disservice. She went way beyond 100%.

Working with Jessica was such a wonderful experience! She was compassionate, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and very supportive. This property was not an easy close-of-sale and experienced a myriad of obstacles that less experienced or less dedicated realtor would have walked away, but Jessica worked to unravel obstacles while maintaining an informative and responsive relationship with the buyers realtor to keep all parties timely informed. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home.
