Jessica Campora

Jessie is a New Orleans native who became involved in New Orleans’ hospitality and tourism industry at an early age. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of New Orleans and worked in all facets of the business from catering and events, restaurants and bars, to hotels and lodging. She merged her hospitality experience with her passion for real estate and home design into an exciting entrepreneurial adventure when she bought her first multi unit income property. She and her family moved into one unit and renovated, designed, and rented the others on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, generating extra income to offset the mortgage. This first project generated interest from others wanting to hire Jessie to design, renovate, and rent their short term rentals also. The business grew and she started searching for new prospective income properties for her clients so they could expand their short and long term rental portfolios. Obtaining her real estate license was the final piece of the puzzle, completing the last step in forming a unique turn key concept, managing the entire process from start to finish, finding, designing, renovating, and renting short term rentals for clients. As the short term rental laws have shifted in New Orleans Jessie has altered the model for buyer’s looking for owner occupied homes, and investors looking for long term investments.
