Jessica Dieffenbach

Jessica is a lifelong resident of Virginia growing up in rural Chesterfield County, not far outside of Richmond. She was raised around her dad’s construction business. At an early age she was loading brick, scaffolding with a forklift, and mixing mortar, building the foundation for her love of homes and new construction!

Jessica graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Jessica and her now husband, Michael, married and made the move to Michael’s hometown of Virginia Beach in 2014. Michael became co-owner of Dwellings Development Co., a local family-owned builder, and Jessica soon became their exclusive REATOR® and Accredited Staging Professional®! Since receiving her real estate license in January 2017, Jessica has specialized in new construction listings and staging but also has experience in residential real estate buying and selling and investment property buying and selling. Jessica can also assist renters when looking for short- and long-term rental properties. In her first year of real estate, Jessica earned a Rookie of the Year award from the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. Every year since, Jessica has been recognized by the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association for her sales.

In accompaniment to her REALTOR® license, Jessica is also an Accredited Staging Professional®. Jessica works alongside homeowners and real estate agents to make their listings pop! From in home and virtual consultations to in home design, Jessica offers a range of services to help her clients’ homes stand out on the market. Whether her clients need a vacant or occupied home staged, Jessica has the tools, vision, and warehouse full of furniture and décor to get the property looking its best and sold quickly and for the most money.
