So, when you decide that it's time for you, you and your significant other, you and your long time friend, et cetera, to begin that journey, it makes the entire process so much more bearable when you bring Jessica along as your third wheel. She has the professional know-how to get you top dollar if you are selling. And she puts on a smile as you demand to be shown home after home, even when she is going into it knowing that it doesn't meet your criteria.
