As a dedicated real estate agent, Jessica James makes her client's best interests not only her duty but a top priority. She has attained many credentials as a real estate agent: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Work Force Housing Specialist (WHS), e-PRO, and completed the Commitment 2 Excellence (C2EX). Jessica continues to study loan requirements, inspection reports, appraisals, and contract law. She attends inspections, meets with lenders and builders to gain more insight, knowledge, and experience. In addition to being a real estate agent, she is a mother of 3, wife to a real estate agent, and a philanthropist. Her home has been in northeast North Carolina for over 20 years. She resides in Pasquotank County but frequents surrounding counties as a real estate agent. Jessica stays current with local and national market trends and activities. She gives and volunteers in her community and believes that everyone can make a difference.
