About Jessica

Jessica Jimenez was born in New York City. At the age of 10 she and her family moved to the SWFL area. Jessica began her career in real estate as soon as she graduated high school. With her family's help she was able to pursue both real estate and college full-time.

She started as a Buyer's Agent but things quickly changed with the Market Crash of 2008. Everyone had to think outside the box in order to stay afloat. Being bilingual, having a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and living the majority of her life in SWFL, she knew this would set her apart from other agents.

She was sought after by an investment firm in the Ft. Myers area where she was assigned as Head-Leasing Agent. She and her team provided outstanding service and turnkey investment opportunities to state-wide and international investors.

Once moving to Tampa in 2013 she dove deeply into real estate sales and residential asset management. Allowing her to familiarize herself with area and gain true momentum. With her superior knowledge in real estate investing makes Jessica your "Go-to Girl" for all your home buying/selling needs.

When Jessica is not servicing her respected buyers, sellers and property owners with the utmost integrity, you can find her spending quality time with her family including her two dogs, Lola and Stella. Traveling the world is her true passion but she also enjoys working out, yoga, boating, cooking and reading.
