Getting to know his buyers is #1 on his checklist. In doing so, he finds out what’s most important. He can see future plans and create future spaces in a home. Because of that, he gets the ‘this is the one’ feeling the same time buyers do. Your house is a place where you lay your head each night but it’s also a place where families are raised, celebrations are had, and memories are made.
