Jessica is the founder of City Limits Real Estate and has been serving her clients in Denver for over 14 years. Jessica’s passion for turning houses into homes began when she was a child, watching her mother renovate properties and sell them to awaiting families. She built her business acumen by driving sales for two Fortune 500 companies. In 2006, she combined her life-long love of real estate with her expertise in client services to create City Limits Real Estate. After having mixed landlord experiences herself, Jessica originally founded City Limits as a property management firm. After discovering great passion in helping her clients find the perfect purchase, Jessica and her team at City Limits now manage a diverse portfolio of residential and investor clients – from first-time home buyers to savvy, budding real estate titans. In each case, Jessica provides the same personalized service, leveraging her expertise to help her clients find their dream home and build wealth through real estate.
