See this smile?! Well, you can’t see it here, but I have a beautiful picture of me smiling with JOY! after closing on my new house. Jessica and Misti showed up with a party even to this momentous event! Thus this self professed picky client gives 5 stars! I was looking for an expert who would on one hand help me find what I wanted/needed but also be willing to be patient. I not only got both of those but it’s like working with Jessica and her team came with a bonus package! I found Jessica as both a compelling and caring guide. Her assistant, Misti, was a breath of fresh air - easy to be with and catered to what I needed. Jessica helped us to navigate a rapidly changing market and stayed calm, cool, and professional as we cleared a number of unexpected hurdles along the way. It's obvious that Jessica puts her clients' needs first and does everything in her power to make sure things are moving in a fair and positive direction for all parties.

She also provides above-and-beyond touches by offering staging services at no additional cost and making other low-effort suggestions for presenting our home in the best possible light.

With Jessica's help we were able to close the deal remotely and close an old chapter in our lives to make way for a new one. If we were buying in the same state as we sold, we would no doubt be working with her again on that side.

Simply the best!

From the very first phone conversation I had with Jessica, I knew she would be the best agent I've ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and assertive when it came to getting us the house we wanted, but most importantly she was kind and never made us feel like we were a burden. We are worked with Jessica for the past two months as we looked for the perfect home to be near our daughter. We live in Florida and Jessica has been nothing but professional in helping us from long distance. She visits every open house and Facetimes us in Florida to virtually walk through the properties.
