We’ve had the pleasure to buy our first home with Jessica and couldn’t be happier and more grateful to have had her referenced to us, from our first contact with her we knew having her as our realtor was gonna be our saving grace in this crazy 2021 market. Jessica is, Profesional. Knowledgeable. Efficient. And most importantly patient and readily available to her customers, we learned more than we could’ve imagined from her during our purchase, you genuinely feel like she is as concerned about your home purchase as you are. Jessica treats her clients like family. As a first time homebuyer in the hottest sellers market Austin has ever seen, this process was at times frustrating, high risk and disheartening as our generous over-ask offers were outbid by cash investors. But Jessica Morgan is the agent who will get you your dream home if you are determined to buy despite this market.

First and foremost she is a kind-hearted, honest person who works tirelessly for her clients. Jessica was never out of reach, day or night, when we had questions. Not only did she spend hours on Zoom screen-sharing and explaining the form and function of the initial contract for our very first offer, but she patiently re-explained and clarified when we frequently asked the same questions over and over again, being as inexperienced as we were.

There were many houses Jessica could have easily won for us, but we had pretty high standards for the kind of house we were willing to make our home, and as a young couple we had an emotional journey of changing our mindsets and lifestyle (moving from a SoCo city apartment to the suburbs). For us, this was a 3 month journey and Jessica’s patience, empathy and commitment to us never diminished.

But these are not her only strengths. People should know by now that even a somewhat desirable home in Austin gets no less than 25 offers in just a 3 day window on-the-market. Jessica gave us great advice and proposed creative strategies, which often got us in the top 3 best offers, according to listing agents’ feedback. We are so grateful to Jessica for getting us our home (for under the appraised value no less!), and when we are ready to sell, there is no one I would trust more to represent us.
