Jessica was AMAZING! She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and the perfect person to have in your corner. We had extremely difficult sellers, and she still was able to make the whole process seamless for us. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we knew what was going on every step of the way, was easy to reach, and was a great advocate. She made the home-buying experience feel like we were shopping with a friend who really cared about us picking the right home. She went into every house with her “contractor hat” on, looking at HVAC, water heaters, and other big-ticket items. She entertained our one-year-old when we needed her to. She addressed any issues that came up with promptness. The list goes on and on! We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!

Jessica was referred to us by a friend. We met over the phone and immediately could tell she was a professional and easy to get along with. She sent us tons of homes that fit our criteria like price, size, and community. She was on top of requesting viewings, some even becoming available the same day. If we needed to adjust in any way, Jessica made sure she was flexible. She comes prepared with her own lender, title company, and home inspector. Additionally, she was amazing at keeping everyone abreast via email and phone. You can tell Jessica has experience because she knew how the process would go and explained it to us so we could understand everything with ease. Without her, I don't think we would have had such a smooth experience. From start to finish, she answered all our questions and made sure to ask the ones we didn't think of to the seller, lender, and HOA. Jessica Navarro is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be! I'd definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone and I plan to use here again in the future!
